Thank you for choosing this practice.  We are proud to be your child’s doctors.  We are dedicated to providing quality and convenient medical care to infants, children, and adolescents.  Their health, nutrition and development are our primary concerns.  In addition to your children’s health progress throughout childhood and adolescence, we hope to address your concerns as parents and keep you up to date on the latest pediatric health and safety information.

We ask that all appointments, referral authorizations and prescription refills be requested during regular office hours, since the answering service does not have access to any of this information and will not page the physician on call for prescription refills.

Also, the co-payment or deductible will be collected at the time of your visit.  We accept cash, personal Texas state checks with a valid drivers license, Visa or Mastercard.  It is your responsibility to pay any deductible, co-insurance or any other amount not paid for by your insurance plan.

Our office participates in many healthcare plans.  You should know prior to your visit what plan you have and whether or not a primary care physician needs to be selected prior to your appointment.  If you are unfamiliar with your health plan policy, our office personnel can help answer questions regarding your plan.  If you do not have insurance, our office will be happy to assist you with a payment plan.
